This video shows how to safely lift the machine off the pallet using a forklift when you don’t have a plywood ramp.
The key is doing it steady and square.
Pull in straight and keep the forks flat so you’re not stabbing or breaking anything underneath. The bottom of the deck is solid, so set one fork under one side and the other fork under another strong point so the weight sits in the frame — not in plastic or weak parts.
Give the forks a slight tilt so they’re level, lift the machine straight up, and back away from the pallet. For extra safety, you can also lift it just enough to slide the pallet out and set the machine straight down.
Once it’s on the ground, level the forks and back out clean.
The main thing: don’t drive around with it lifted any more than you have to. The less travel, the better.
Take it slow, keep it square, and you’ll get it off the pallet the right way.
