Product Repair and Return Policy
We know time is very valuable and machines can be critical to your success. We are very interested in
you getting the right machine for your needs and it continually working very well. We will always
interview you about key facts including the size and logistics of your facility, the finish and needs of
your floor and your operators. We make certain our machines are fully refurbished and tested to our
highest standards and delivered to you in excellent working condition. Simply, we are happy when you
are happy. Our job is done when your floors are clean.
That said, mechanical things need maintenance, service and repair. Transport and shipping can be tough
on equipment. We are always here with free technical support and free or lowest cost repair parts and
consumables. Two of our principle goals are giving you the least downtime and lowest cost of
ownership.
We consistently find that 90% of service calls are resolved either with a 2-3 minute phone call or a 10
minute video and overnighting a part to you. Most any single repair can be done on these great
machines in just a few minutes with 2-3 basic tools by almost anyone. While we can't drive out to
check hoses and squeegee rubbers. We have the largest knowledge base and maintenance video library
available. We have the longest most comprehensive warranty in the industry. We don't have an attorney
to write all the exclusions. We just go by whats fast to get you working again and if you're out of
warranty, what's reasonable, fast and cheap as possible. If we can't correct the issue with an operator
phone call or mailing a quick part replacement, we will dispatch a technician for the repair ASAP,
usually within 2 weeks.
We do our best to match you with the right machine, ship fast, stay in contact for delivery, and be sure
you are on your way to success after receiving your cleaner. If you are unhappy or your machine is not
working we will fix it or replace it fast. If a machine were damaged in shipping or after receiving, we
would have it returned and rapid ship you a replacement.
Due to the heavy costs in the logistics of preparing and shipping machines we can only offer full
refunds in very limited circumstances. We DO NOT reimburse for parts, repairs or rentals performed
outside of our company, Robey's Powerkleen. If you need service or repair please call us anytime and
