These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales and services provided by Robey's Powerkleen Floor Machines ("we," "our," or "us") through our website www.Powerkleen.net. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a purchase.
2. Products and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you wish to hold a machine for a future date, a deposit is required to reserve the equipment. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of reservation.
3. Order Processing and Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks of payment confirmation.
- Rush Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
- Liftgate Delivery Surcharge: If no commercial address with a dock or forklift is available, a liftgate delivery surcharge will apply.
- Shipping Damage: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if any shipping damage or issues occur.
4. Payments and Financing
We issue invoices and accept payments via QuickBooks, which allows for secure and convenient online payment processing. Orders can also be placed and paid for directly on our website www.Powerkleen.net.
If you choose to finance your purchase, you agree to comply with all terms set by the financing provider.
We reserve the right to recover goods or seek reimbursement if:
- A payment is declined or not received,
- A check or electronic payment is returned or bounces, or
- A financing installment is missed or defaulted.
In such cases, Robey’s Powerkleen Floor Machines may charge applicable recovery or administrative fees and pursue all legal remedies necessary to recover the product or payment due.
5. Warranty
We offer a reasonable warranty on all machines we sell. Our goal is to keep you running smoothly and supported at all times.
If an issue arises, we ask that an operator or other capable person call our service line while being with the machine to go through some basic diagnostics and define the problem. Most of the time, it’s a very simple matter or adjustment that can be handled over the phone. If an in-person service call is needed, the cost is $400.
If you are out of warranty, our technical phone support remains free, and we can assist with ordering any necessary replacement parts.
If you require more field support, please reach out to us to see what we can do to help. We love our customers and will do all we can for the lifetime you own your equipment.
Please note:
- We do NOT pay or reimburse for rental floor scrubbers.
- We do NOT pay or reimburse for technicians or repairs that we have not arranged for.
These costs are often excessive and not part of our business model or warranty plan. If you are in a mission-critical application, ask us about arranging a low-cost backup machine for added peace of mind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robey’s Powerkleen Floor Machines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
